Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of being at home all day with my daughter since school was out for a Teacher Workday.  Although we managed to fit in some scholastic activities that day (sight words, anyone?), for the most part, we ended up laughing, cuddling, and of course, taking some photos.

I love posed photos of my daughter, but even more so, I love those candid moments when she's just being herself and not paying me (or my camera) any attention at all.  Here are a few of my favorites from our day off...

Okay, so maybe that last photo isn't quite candid, but I loved it anyway. :)  

After a while, I decided it would be a good idea for us to leave the house and scope out some new locations for photo shoots.  And wouldn't you know it? Addy decided that she would model for me.

As I mentioned, our little photo shoot was completely unplanned, so let's just say our outfit was just a tad bit nontraditional. :)

All in all, we had a great day off...and got some great shots for our photo album as well! xoxo
